Main Characters
Kazuya Okinoshima (23 → 24)
Played by: Masahiro Matsuoka
The protagonist of this work. A Japanese language teacher at Arisugawa Academy. Homeroom teacher for Class 3B. Born June 1, 1977, in Hokkaido. He quits anything as soon as it gets too difficult. He originally aspired to be a lawyer, but gave up. He's smart but has a high sense of pride. His mother's disappearance at a young age has prevented him from getting along with anyone, and he secretly despises others. His life is saved countless times by Tendo's prophecies, but he gradually becomes afraid. However, after overcoming the proposition of "being beaten by Tadashi" and overcoming his mother's death, he reforms, becoming more open to others, including Tadashi, the teachers, and students, and reborn as a person. At the same time, he also begins to trust Tendo.
Tendo Seshimi (Age Unknown)
Played by: Jinnai Takanori
World history teacher. A mysterious man who calls himself an angel. He also appears at school as Kazuya's assistant teacher. Even if Kazuya doesn't change, he will not be harmed. Although he is the same person as in the MONO Company arc, he watches Kazuya from a cool, cool perspective, as if he were a completely different person. He was described as "an angel borrowing the body of an adventurer named Shiina Daisuke," but in the final episode, his true identity is revealed.
Tadashi Okinoshima (22)
Played by Satoshi Tsumabuki
A student teacher. He becomes Kazuya's stepbrother after his stepchild remarries. He is a fourth-year law student at the University of Tokyo and aspires to become a teacher. He is very innocent and adores Kazuya.
Linda Saejima (27)
Played by Anna Umemiya
A school nurse. She is beautiful and sexy, but has a tendency to drink heavily. She works as Todo's minion and spies on the school.
Jun Nasuda (30)

A physics teacher. Advisor to the Robot Enthusiasts Club. He is gay and loves inventing things.
Yota Shimizu (24)

Katsuo Ogasawara (43)
Played by Ikkei Watanabe
He is the head of academic affairs and a classical Japanese literature teacher. He's a typical hands-off teacher, a veteran but with no authority. He doesn't get along with Kazuya, but he recognizes his good points and has helped him achieve his goal of getting others to recognize his own value. His catchphrase is "On the contrary."
Ken'ya Minami (60)
Played by Soichiro Kitamura
The principal. He has a carefree personality and loves events. He may seem careless, but he really is, and sometimes he shows his normal side. He loves to talk, and his stories are always long.

Ayumi Todo - Sho Sakurai
He's the school's top honor student and a great athlete. He has a fan club within the school. He's a leader who brings the class together. Apparently, the excuse that he's repeating a year for some reason is just a pretense. He's in love with Hinako Kurosawa.
Reiko Hayashi - Misa Uehara
