Airing on Nippon Television every Wednesday from 24:58 to 25:28 from July 3, 2002 to June 25, 2003. The late-night show featured Arashi handling complaints from government offices and companies, and was the first in a series of late-night shows starring Arashi. The narrator is Kiyoshi Kobayashi.
Arashi plays employees of Claim Agent Arashi, Japan’s first complaint processing company. The manager of Claim Agent Arashi is Noriyuki Higashiyama (Shounentai), who appeared at the office on the episodes aired on June 18 and 25, 2003 (recaps before the broadcast ended).
