Shun (Aiba Masaki), who failed to get into Aoyama University and wants to retake the exam; Chu (Sakurai Sho), who was expelled from high school and continues to be a member of a local minor motorcycle gang; Bon (Matsumoto Jun), who has decided to train as a chef; Haru (Ohno Satoshi), who has secured a job at a supermarket; and Takuma (Ninomiya Kazunari), who left for California in the previous film. The five of them embarked on new paths, but they drifted apart. However, Takuma suddenly returns to Japan, and the four, excluding Bon, reunite. However, when Takuma returns to the Yashio housing complex, a fierce battle is unfolding between the local government, which is planning to demolish part of the complex and build a building called "Yashio Hills," and the opposing residents' group, "Yashio Peace." The 5 members must work together to uncover the real purpose of the housing complex gentrification.
