Shohei and his best friends Kengo, Hayato, and Koji are second-year students at Togoshi High School who sincerely hope to lose their virginity. One day, Shohei discovers women's underwear in the library, and later finds out that his classmate Tanaka has been having sex with her. This leads to the discovery that the four are the last four virgins at Togoshi High School. Then, their childhood friend Chie, who moved away 11 years ago and was the four's crush at the time, suddenly appears with a big problem that she can't tell anyone about.

Shohei's father, he runs the Asai Pharmacy. He is the vice-president of the neighborhood association and secretly aims for the position of chairman.
